For this issue, we have reproduced our WPW August 1985 print magazine featuring Kay Baxter on the cover. In addition to being able to read the original pages of this print magazine, you will be able to view many hundreds of additional photos not used in the print magazine due to space constraints. The featured articles include a full bio on Kay Baxter through 1985, Canada's Shelley Huber, Chris Porter and Dona Oliviera with many extra photos of those competitors. Other bios in the issue include Penny Price and Michelle Thomas. Contest coverage includes the 1984 Superbowl of Strength Contest (with extra photos of Mary Ryan-Jeffrey, Sue Springsteen and others) and the 1985 Women's Powerlifting Championships.
     Our more current coverage includes Mike Bogen's bios on three of today's best and most interesting women with color photos for each. Included are Kate Baird, who is also an elite powerlifter; the 2006 US Lighweight champion, Claire Rohrbacker (and you will see a photo of her in the Superbowl Physique Coverage when she competed as Claire Bullis, at 17 years of age; and Heather Pedigo, one of the largest women competing today, featuring Barry Brook's photos. In addition, Steve Wennerstrom just returned from visiting 80's physique star Suzanne Tigert, and we have shots of her in her prime and one current one.
