Dayana was the Canadian Champ in the mid-90's, turning IFBB pro shortly before her entry in the 1998 Jan Tana Pro Bodybuilding contest, where we had our first photo/video session with her. Since we did the work on location at the show, there is no gymwork, but she poses in a bikini and several dresses, and is interviewed. Also included are her posing routines at the 1997 and 1998 Tana. Dayana combines beauty of physique and face that very few have been able to match- ever. She not only had perfect genetics for her shape, but her muscle size and hardness- upper and lower body- are outstanding- so, it is easy to understand how she has done so well in the top IFBB pro contests over the past 14 years !
